    12種もの素材を重ねた、香りと食感を楽しむ大人の抹茶＆モンブランパフェ（※）。
    抹茶のほろ苦さ、渋皮栗のほっくりとした甘み、自家製ラムレーズンカスタードの香り。この3つの味わいを軸にしたモンブランパフェです。
    12種の素材を贅沢に重ねることで、なめらか、とろける、ざくざく、ほっくり、ぷるぷるといった多彩な食感と香りが次々と広がります。食べ進めるたびに味わいが変化する、パフェならではのワクワク感を大切にしました。
    香りのアクセントとなる「ラムレーズンカスタード」は、各店舗で丁寧に仕込んでいます。ラム酒漬けのレーズンを使用することで、華やかな香りと食感が抹茶や栗の風味を引き立てます。香りづけとしてお酒を使用するのは、nana's green teaでは初めての挑戦です。
    また、とろけるような食感の抹茶ガトーショコラをはじめ、抹茶アイス、抹茶ゼリー、抹茶蜜の4種の抹茶素材を使用。表情の異なる抹茶の味わいもお楽しみいただけます。
    最後に香る自家製ゆずピールのシロップ漬けが、全体をさっぱりとした味わいにまとめます。
