    ご注文ごとに、一杯ずつ丁寧に点てた抹茶「四方の薫（よものかおり）」を別添えでご提供し、香り・味わい・食感の変化を楽しみながらお客様ご自身で仕上げていただく「冷やしぜんざい」です。

    1.抹茶（四方の薫）※別添え
    別添えの抹茶には、お茶席でも使用される「四方の薫」を使用。ご注文ごとに一杯ずつ丁寧に点てることで、ふんわりと立ち上がるやわらかな香りと、抹茶本来の甘みをお楽しみいただけます。
    まずはぜひお椀を持ち上げ、点てたばかりの抹茶の豊かな香りをお楽しみください。
    その後、少しずつ具材にかけていただくと、香り・味わいの変化をご体感いただけます。

    2.抹茶ゼリー・抹茶アイス
    冷たい状態でも抹茶の風味をしっかりと感じられるよう配合した抹茶を使用。
    特に抹茶ゼリーは、本商品のために新たに開発したオリジナルのゼリーです。食感やミルクの配合を細かく調整することで、もちっとした食感と、抹茶の風味をしっかりと感じられる味わいに仕上げました。
    抹茶アイスは、抹茶本来の爽やかな苦味とミルクのコクのバランスを大切に仕上げました。なめらかな口当たりで、抹茶本来の味わいをお楽しみいただけます。

    ●抹茶を引き立てる素材
    オリジナル小倉あん、北海道産大納言あずき、白玉を合わせました。抹茶の味わいを引き立てながら、それぞれの素材の食感や甘みもお楽しみいただけます。

    点てたての抹茶ならではの香りや味わいの変化をお楽しみいただける一品です。
